SHIPPING & RETURNS

With our shipping and return policies please keep in mind we are NOT AMAZON nor have their manpower. We are a small independently owned business and these policies reflect as such.     

SHIPPING

Please allow 2-3 business days for handling time. Orders are shipped by which they are received. To help keep shipping prices as economical as possible, single sunglass orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage (previously first class with a delivery time about 2-5 days depending on buyer’s location. Heavier packages with multiple items will ship either Priority Mail (1-4 days) or USPS Parcel Ground (up to 9 days) depending on buyer’s location. All items are shipped with a tracking number.  Please note that it sometimes takes tracking up to 24 hours to update. 

International Buyers are responsible for all import fees/VAT Taxes. 

All Tshirts are fullfilled by Printful and will ship separately from other items ordered.

RETURNS

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however, if there is any issue with the product please contact us.  Contact us for a return within 7 days of the item being delivered. RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS ARE REQUIRED BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM.   Contact cultspecs@gmail.com for a return authorization.  All items returned without a return authorization will be rejected. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, as we are a small business. Please keep in mind, the original shipping cost will not be credited, only the item price.  The item must be in the mail shipped back with a tracking number within 3 days of a return authorization.  The return item(s) must include all its original contents, be unused, and in the same condition that it was sent out in, or a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the return price.

Cancellations are allowed within 2 hours of the order being placed.
